Most personal assistant services are charged at $30 per hour, plus any actual costs. Any personal assistant service over one hour is charged in 15-minute intervals. Hourly rate begins from time of arrive at home/business and ends when the task is complete. Mileage in excess of 10 miles will be billed at .50/mile. Multiple tasks may be combined into an hour. There’s a minimum one-hour charge for services except as noted below:

Deluxe Concierge Membership Packages
Bronze Membership:
$108 per month (Save $12)
Includes up to 4 hours of personal assistant services, plus one free reminder. Any time over the initial 4 hours will be charged at the a la carte rate. Combine your errands, and we’ll do as many as possible in the time you allot. Unused hours can be carried over for up to 6 months.
Silver Membership:
$216 per month (Save $24)
Includes up to 8 hours of personal assistant services, and two free reminders. Any time over the initial 8 hours will be charged at the a la carte rate. Unused hours can be carried over for up to 6 months.
Gold Membership:
$405 per month (Save $45)
Includes up to 15 hours of personal assistant services, and two free reminders. Any time over the initial 15 hours will be charged at the a la carte rate. Hours can be carried over for up to 6 months.
Specialty packages
New Mommy:
$120.00
Includes 4 hours of personal concierge service to pick up and deliver diapers, formula, medicine, meals and any other essential items. We can also help the new mom with addressing and mailing thank you notes and birth announcements. This is a perfect shower gift!
Wedding Runner:
$240.00
This service includes a total of 8 hours of personal assistant services before and/or after the bride’s special day. We pick up any items needed before the wedding, help send out invitations and thank you notes, do any errand running the day of the wedding, and return rentals after the wedding. This package can even include house monitoring while the couple is on their honeymoon.
Senior T.L.C. / Out-Patient Visits / Sick Assistance 10% discount:
If you have an elderly parent, friend, or family member who’s ill or just been released from the hospital, call Rapid Runners Concierge for help! Our VIP Personal Services include buying/delivering groceries and prescriptions, running general errands, making sure pets are fed, and delivering meals.

Payment
All monthly personal assistance membership packages will be charged to your credit card on the first of each month, along with any overages and actual costs* from the prior month. An itemized receipt will be sent at the end of each month. No other discounts can be applied to membership packages.
A la carte personal concierge services will be billed to your credit card upon completion. We’ll request a credit card authorization when you book your services. For your safety, Rapid Runners Concierge does not store any credit or debit card information.
The cost for any merchandise requested by client is billed in addition to the service fee.
Mileage in excess of 10 miles will be billed at .50/mile.
* Rapid Runners Concierge will advance a reasonable amount for purchases or payments made while running errands or performing personal services. Full reimbursement is expected upon delivery of goods or services. For purchase of high-ticket items a prepayment before service may be requested.
